I wanted to thank you again for all your help last week, you were absolute star! You were patient with us despite all the overruns and changes caused by lateness and always had a smile on your face (which was more than I did!) The feedback from the team was great, they all clearly enjoyed themselves, particularly the wine tasting and paella making and your efforts helping these run so smoothly is greatly appreciated.
